A beautiful traditional yet fully renovated listed home in Canterbury's most beautiful street, set right on the river, overlooking the park from the rear and with fabulous views of the Cathedral from the front.

Originally built by the army at the time of the Napoleonic War as ‘temporary accommodation for non comissioned officers’ Dragonfly still stands proudly 200 years later!

Inside it’s now a relaxing home from home with ‘all mod cons’ and a relaxed open plan vacation friendly layout, including a huge conservatory that can be part of the house in winter and part of the river side garden in summer!

There are two King Size bedrooms, and a third with a pair of adult bunk beds, as well as a large sofa bed in the living room.
